This form is for business enquiries following AIE 2026. Roomi Technologies LLC uses the information you choose to share to respond to your enquiry and discuss the interest you select.

What is collected

Your name, business email, company and interest. Phone or WhatsApp and your message are optional. Please do not submit hotel guest data, payment details, identification documents, health information, or other sensitive information.

Where it goes

Your submission is stored in a private database associated with this form. The Roomi team receives it at support@roomi.ai, and a registration confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Resend processes the relevant details to deliver these transactional emails. Submissions are not displayed publicly. The form is hosted on OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure.

If email delivery is delayed or fails, your private submission remains saved. Read Resend’s privacy policy.

Your choice

Submitting this form gives the Roomi team permission to send your registration confirmation and contact you about your selected interest. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can ask to stop follow-up or request deletion of your details by emailing the Roomi team.

Keeping the form usable

The form uses validation, a hidden spam-trap field and short-lived, hashed request information to limit automated abuse. It does not use advertising trackers.
